Bubba, sporting a fat lip that he acquired today while falling off a chair and smacking his chin on the table on his way down. The advantage of me working in at home in the basement is that I can hear the "thud.........WAAAAH!" and know I should probably saunter upstairs for a quick break.

Toothless in Lima

As many of you know, Lima stands for "Lost in Middle America", and that's what happened to Jacob's second front tooth (pictured here just before it was lost also). It was placed in a jar for "safekeeping", so the tooth-monster could visit that night. Said jar was then considered "garbage" and dealt with appropriately (which is curious really, as we weren't expecting visitors, so normally it might be expected to survive a few days). Thus the monster never visited, and thus Jake is a dollar short, but never a day late.
