PLEASE READ!

Whoops! Turns out if you upload too many pictures, they archive immediately. So, to see all the pictures I uploaded today (November 24th), look over to the right (you may need to scroll down a little), until you see "November 2006" in the "archives" section. Click on that link, and you'll see it all!!!

Mowin' for dinner

Grandma cut the whole of the front yard. She still maintains that she enjoyed it, although it's a boneshaker of a ride. Maybe I should get a roller...

Assorted shots

Grandma and Grandpa are "Show and Tell" at Jakey's school!

Grandpa takes it easy...

Emily Victoria Grylls - 6 years old today!

Grandpa's birthday is the day after Emily's - he was given a photo album full of Grylls family photos

Emmy had the bumps - her first time. She seemed to enjoy it!

Em's cake, and Grandma/Grandpa

Eating at The Bistro with Grandma and Gradpa

Emmy contemplates her candle

Eating at The Bistro with Richard and Lael

Grandma fishes for silverware to set the table. I pose.

Emmy goes for the big blow!

Assorted family pics

TomKat? No! It's Josharah!

November 18th 2006, on the occasion of the wedding of Joshua Johnson (Lael's brother) and Sarah Johnson (no relation).

Getting the reception hall ready

It turned out lovely!

Them's who's getting wed

The happy sisters

Wedded bliss

working up towards "I now pronounce you..."

Papa and Anna

Yeah yeah, just don't expect it Monday morning

The bride and groom were escorted from the chirch on a fire truck

The Johnson family (although curiously, Sarah's maiden name is also Johnson...)

This was taken during the third quarter of the OSU - Michigan game, which, of course, OSU won 42-39. We got text message updates on the score every three minutes.

Bubba leaves the chair

Bubs enjoys his morning oatmeal sitting on Strong's concordance. Is he out of his high-chair just in time for Anna to take it over? Only time will tell, but he did only spill three blobs of oatmeal - not bad if you notice before you sit in it...

LumberRich

First there was Richard

Then there was Richard and a saw

Finally, there was one less tree in our yard. And one uncovered picnic table!

Cooking

Richard shows Beth the finer art of making foccacia. Beth decides it's a bit goopy.

Goofin' around

The poor chap was just trying to finish his corn. Mugged by the Grylls mafia.

Golf anyone?

The joys of living in Lima - 9 holes for 4 people for $16, including 2 sets of clubs. RichardW was voted "most likely to beat Tiger".

Catherine, Richard and Esther #1

They came to visit in September - sorry it took me so long to post the pictures!

The middle pic above is us enjoying a chocolate fondue organized by RichardW. Did I mention I'm now a size 34" waist...?
